How much does it cost? +

For Omantel users: The service costs 0.3 OMR per day (including 5% VAT) with automatic renewal. For Ooredoo users: The service costs 1.5 OMR per week (including 5% VAT) with automatic renewal.

How do I pay? +

Payment is processed through your mobile carrier (Omantel or Ooredoo). The charge will be added directly to your mobile phone bill—no need for credit cards or bank details.

Is there a subscription or recurring billing? +

Yes, the service is automatically renewed. To unsubscribe, send SMS 'UNSUB D' to 92212 regardless of your carrier.

Do I need any special equipment to use Watch360VR? +

No special equipment is required. Bodyweight exercises are available, and any equipment needed (like dumbbells) will be mentioned in the workout description.

Can I access Watch360VR on multiple devices? +

Yes, Watch360VR supports multiple devices, including smartphones, tablets, and TVs. You can switch between devices seamlessly.

What if I’m not satisfied with the service? +
